They have pretty decent food for being a chain restaurant. They always put actual extra cheese on the pizza unlike other pizza joints. I am glad I decided to try out papa johns.

There was going to be a potential delivery issue, but the manager I spoke to on the phone was the sweetest lady! Thank you so much, I will definitely be ordering from this store again!

Papa Johns Pizza in Bellevue offers quick delivery, even for carry-out orders. The manager went the extra mile to deliver the pizza personally on a Sunday. Customers appreciate the consistent quality of the food, the user-friendly app, and the friendly staff. However, some customers wish they could substitute the garlic sauce for marinara without an additional charge.
