Settantatre Pasta & Provisions offers an incredible gluten free dinner experience from start to finish. Each course is so delicious and thoughtfully prepared that even those who don't typically follow a gluten free diet can't stop raving about every dish. The restaurant provides the very best gluten free pasta, with a variety of amazingly prepared gluten free offerings, including gluten free breading that is so good you couldn’t tell. Regular pasta is also fabulous, fresh and hand made on site with the best and freshest ingredients for a much more authentic flavor, just like eating in Italy. Specific meals like the short ribs are cooked to perfection, and the pomodoro is so fresh it could be eaten with a spoon. The menu also includes lasagna, eggplant parm, and more. The cozy vibe and music add to the experience. The restaurant also offers homemade take home foods like sauces and pasta for an instant delicious dinner, plus a fun parent and child pizza cooking class. The owner is super friendly.
