I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Wills and Bills was frustrating enough to warrant one. I ordered a club soda and was surprised when the server brought me a bottled one—at an unreasonable price. When I asked why they weren’t serving it from the soda machine, I was told it was “broken.”

As a patron of several Mangan restaurants, I was thoroughly disappointed while dining at W&Bs Christmas Eve.
As a vegetarian for almost 30 years, I have learned to put together a decent, filling meal at just about any eaterie. I am not vegan, just someone who doesn't eat meat of any kind. The limited menu offered essentially one meatless entree. If one doesn't necessarily like that one offering of eggplant, it looks salad and truffle fries for my festive meal.
