Luciano's Pizza and Pasta

First time customer here and probably a last time customer as well. Ordered a Pepperoni pizza for pick-up and when I took out my first slice at home the pizza was dripping oil everywhere... the entire pizza was SOGGY with oil. I'm highly disappointed.

New to the area and trying out the local restaurants amd this is definitely the worst so far. Onion rings aren't even edible and the pizza was greasy. Definitely will eat elsewhere.

The breadsticks were the star of this take out order. Floppy and undercooked pizza with good taste. Bitter sauce with a large amount of oregano. “Shoe string” fries are just regular fries, not differentiated by being thin and crispy. Friendly staff, prompt and quick. Maybe too quick.

Bought two hoagies. Each hoagie cost 17 dollars. Way over priced for two slabs of bread some meat and lettuce. 12 would be a more reasonable price.

Sad; I have been going there for years, having just received the Absolute worst customer service from the manager after a mistake made on their side. I will NOT order from them again. While I understand that many places are still struggling with being understaffed. That did not seem to be the case today. If you make a mistake correct it! Do not argue that its not how your menu personally works and blame the customer.
