They have the best ice cream and shakes. They are a little expensive but well worth it. We've gone there for years and are regulars. Tonight was kind of shocking. We got a bunch of take out and 1/2 gallon of peanut butter Fresh banana ice cream. We got home and it was freezer burned. We gave them a call and they said, " thanks for letting us know" so in the garbage it went. I don't really understand how that's possible because everything is fresh. Of course...
The place is reasonably priced and has fantastic soft serve ice cream, but the employees are unpleasant. I don't expect anyone to be overly friendly, but a hello and thank you are pretty reasonable expectations when you're buying something.
Been going here my whole kid life. Was not back for about a decade. Just went the other day, I see they changed up how they do the ordering to keep everything moving . The lines will always be packed but it seems they got the service under control. Can’t go wrong here.
