Billy's Downtown Diner is a gem, particularly in the Bethlehem location. Friendly servers, like Lauren, and great managers, like Mike, provide excellent service. The chefs are top-notch, plating and garnishing dishes beautifully. The menu is satisfying, with highlights like Paz's French Toast and the Zesty Omelette. While they're not open 24 hours and don't serve alcohol, the food and service make up for it.
