Bolete is a local gem, we’ve been here tons of times and the food is always on point. Today there were some hiccups with wait times, but what impressed me is they showed they cared about that and making our experience great. So many places would just say “it is what it is” especially when they have demand like Bolete does. Would recommended.
Food is always beyond amazing… best in the valley and Gourmet by far.

Dazzling. The food was amazing with layers of flavor and texture. My palate was surprised by the variety in each dish. Very creative use of in-season vegetables. Even familiar dishes tasted new and exciting. The atmosphere is relaxed/casual. I already recommended it to many other people. I have a new favorite place to eat.
