Great staff and management, clean environment
Whoever is running the indoor register today is terrible at her job. I've been here multiple times this week for the Star Wars meal. While I know it's mildly irritating to deal with a new menu item there's no excuse to be rude to the customer about it. I could barely get through the order without her commenting or complaining about something. She didn't know where things were on the menu, and she had to ask for help on nearly every item. Unfortunately, there have been ongoing problems with missing items in delivery orders and unhelpful customer service responses when contacted. Customers hope for improvements, as some expressed hesitation about returning due to awkward experiences. Overall, the thick burgers, enhanced by the fire sear, remain a highlight, distinguishing them from thinner options.
