Ben apologized and stated he would comp my entire order. The food we did get was absolutely amazing, and anytime we eat at the restaurant the food is great along with the staff and atmosphere!! They may have screwed up my DoorDash order, but they fixed it! They refunded me my entire order & the area director reached out to me & was extremely kind!!! I highly recommend this Applebees!“

“I held a dine and donate here on Thursday December 5th. Kirsten was very helpful with helping me set it up and very pleasant to work with. Our server, Josh was attentive and polite. He was always checking on us making sure our drinks were always full and clearing plates when we finished our apps and food. Joth, the manager, checked in on us several times throughout our meal making sure everything was to our liking. I’d definitely recommend this establishment. We had a great experience all around!“

“MO’s burger Every time my wife and I go to WindCreek we can’t leave without going to food court. Food court is spotless. I would give a ten star rating if there was such a thing. I will start off with bacon cheese burger with provolone & the works (onions. Tomato, lettuce). Comes with fries that is always cooked burger & fries perfection. My wife has the chicken sandwich with bacon with the works and says it’s the best. Great job to staff who is always friendly & mgmt.“

Kid-friendliness: To be more kid friendly, I think when a party has a kid(s) ages 2-5, the games on the kiosk should be free with kid games. 1 or 2 games only rather than having to pay for it. This would also keep the kid entertained until food arrives. The coloring with crayon on paper is alittle out dated for this generation. I'm also pretty sure this will help increase customers with kids.“
