Absolutely excellent food and PLENTY of it! You definitely get what you pay for here. 👍🏻 It was a good 10 years or so since I asked for a to go container until I stopped for lunch at Cactus Blue. Bring your appetite!

Went for dinner on a Friday night - not a long wait, exceptionally good staff!
We had the chili special with cornbread- which was amazing. Chili is spicy but not too much, there are beans and corn along with chorizo so this changes the typical texture for chili which was nice! Cornbread tasted like it had some whole wheat / more wholesome than straight corn flour, warm, and buttery 😋
Chimichanga was fried but not greasy which is an accomplishment! The texture and taste if the fried burrito was amazing. The steak was cooked just right and the “Baja” sauce was perfect.
Mexican rice was delicious and bursting with flavor.
Quesadilla was crispy, cheesy and had the right amount of dressings.
Our server was cheerful, friendly, professional and very quick. What a great energy to dine with - he really upheld a lively mood & complemented the whole vibe. Thank you, Sir! 🙏
We didn’t even try the desserts but definitely coming back again to try new things on the menu. We had a great experience! Thank you, Cactus Blue!

For people who know what Mexican food is, this is not it. Don't go. They use bad tasting shredded chicken for the fajitas. That Mexican rice is the worst rice that I could only try because I couldn't eat it. . this is the American version of Mexican food. They use paper plates and the food is served cold. I really could have gotten a frozen burrito and had it taste better Please learn how to cook Mexican. We will not return , We feel like it was a waste of money. This restaurant was almost empty, now we understand why. If we could we would give it 0 stars.

What a great little place that serves authentic Mexican. The host/waitress is so kind and patient. Atmosphere is clean and inviting. Food is absolutely fantastic. Servings are generous. Pricing is appropriate for what you get.
This is a place I have no problem recommending. Maybe a bit pricey but you pay for what you get, great Mexican food, quick to moderate speed of service and great location too(clean, cozy and courteous).
