My family was traveling home from Lehigh and found this spot along our route. We are so glad we did! We had a delicious lunch and the restaurant was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The server was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We all had excellent meals, and portions were large, we all took to go boxes as we couldn't finish. I would highly recommend! Great authentic Mexican food.

Maritza Delicias is an absolute gem for a family lunch! From the moment we walked in, the upbeat atmosphere and warm, welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The menu offers a fantastic variety of authentic, flavorful dishes that impressed both the adults and the kids. Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented, and served with a smile. It is rare to find a spot that balances high-quality food with such a relaxed, kid-friendly environment. If you are looking for a bright spot to enjoy a delicious midday meal, this is definitely it. First time trying Cactus Blue. The restaurant has a comfortable and casual feel. Orders are placed at the counter and food is served to your table by the staff. The staff are wonderful and very helpful with fast service. We tried their chili with corn bread, fish tacos and enchiladas. The food was tasty and the portions are filling.

This was for their Food truck at Beck Tree farms, it was juicy, fresh and flavorful! I went based off the great reviews of the their restaurant here --and now I want to make time to check out the brick and mortar because it was so good! I think because there was lots of kids getting plain food and cheese quesadillas etc they kinda dialed down the heat across the board for everything so I'm assuming at the restaurant it's more robust flavors, either way it still was tasty

Top notch customer service! We recently used Cactus Blue to cater my daughter’s baby shower. After a slight miscommunication about the warmers and holders, we were totally fine with the trays as they were. However, without us even asking, they came back out to bring us the warmers and tray holders! They were so friendly and helpful, and we would definitely recommend them for catering! And bonus, the food was delicious!!!

Hidden gem. Absolutely fabulous. We were in the mood for good Mexican food and I found this after two swings and a miss. Thank God we did. Great food and vibe. The delightful lady was a bonus she is a sweetheart. We will be back many times. Got fried ice cream to take home and it made it NP. This is a Winner!

I want to start out by saying I am a big fan of Blue Cactus, having experienced a number of great meals there. Earlier today I decided to order my food to go. Simple order: pork quesadillas, and a banana cream churro. The Good news? Banana cream churro was yummy. The Bad news? Pork quesadillas were possibly the worst I have ever experienced. They were soaking in grease, and ultra salty. Not one dry spot on any of the quesadillas. I have previously told a lot of friends and family to try Blue Cactus, but I won't continue to refer any longer. Very disappointed 😞
