My family was traveling home from Lehigh and found this spot along our route. We are so glad we did! We had a delicious lunch and the restaurant was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The server was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We all had excellent meals, and portions were large, we all took to go boxes as we couldn't finish. I would highly recommend! Great authentic Mexican food.

First time trying Cactus Blue. The restaurant has a comfortable and casual feel. Orders are placed at the counter and food is served to your table by the staff. The staff are wonderful and very helpful with fast service. We tried their chili with corn bread, fish tacos and enchiladas. The food was tasty and the portions are filling.
