I had a family reunion Saturday. The hoagies were made fresh that morning, cut and in aluminum containers. The lettuce, tomatoes, hot and sweet peppers and onions were placed in separate containers. This is the second time I used Carl's corner and I will use them again, they are very accommodating to your order.
Carl's Corner used to be a 5/5 but unfortunately, the food, service, and atmosphere have all gone downhill with the new ownership. It's not bad by any means, just kinda mediocre anymore. One thing I do think is positive is that it's still pretty affordable for the area. I'm not going to stop going, but I find myself ordering less and less frequently.
I went here for the first time ever a couple days ago, this place is a little corner spot in Bethlehem. As soon as I entered I felt welcomed, there were 3 ladies working and all three I cannot rave enough about how friendly and courteous they were! The lady that made my cheesesteak made sure I got it exactly how I wanted it and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
