The new wing is complete, and overall it's nice. Better parking, room appointments, etc. Seems like a slightly farther walk to the casino and the old elevators must be presently out of service. Staff needed to ride with guests or wait (I let them ride with me). The toilet paper holder in my room was broken, but despite numerous efforts to point out the fact to housekeeping, the holder was returned to the broken position.

Love this place! But I especially love my casino host at Windcreek, Shannon Molettieri which just took a group of us to Aruba with the Windcreek benefit. I brought my sister as a guest and she was also impressed with Shannon and the whole trip. Shannon has been my host for quite a few years now and she has always been amazing, always there when I needed her, but she totally outdid herself with this trip. From the moment we arrived in Aruba, Shannon was there waiting for us, engaging with all her guests and making everyone feel special. She had several dinners and events planned as a group if we chose to attend( which my sister & I did and had a great time) but she also gave us ample free time to do whatever we chose. She was always on call in case we needed anything, never hesitating to help. The whole trip was perfect & so was she!! We didn’t have to lift a finger the whole time. Upon departing the hosts had arranged for us to have an escort all through the airport & through customs until we got to our gate. Thank you Shannon & Windcreek for an amazing unforgettable trip!!

Beautiful Hotel that is connected to a large casino and event center. Totally enjoyed the George Thorogood concert and never had to go outside once parked! Beautiful and spacious room ! The hotel was immaculate . Only negative was the food court items had highly inflated prices for the items offered.

We stayed at the new North Tower. This was a 1-night stay after watching Penn & Teller perform at the Even Center. We stayed in a king bedroom. The rooms were clean. Had no issues with the staff. Check-in went fairly smooth. As a safety feature, you need to use your room key in the elevators to get to your floor. We didn't have a great view from our room - but this was not important to us. Once in your room, you need to insert a room key into the slot to control the lights and thermostat. This was no big deal (we were given an extra key to use for this function). You get 2 complimentary bottles of water (they are small bottles). Checkout went very smooth. Checked the Wind Creek app for our bill (which was okay), went downstairs dropped off our key cards, and we were off! We used their valet service, which went smoothly ($7). Overall, this was a nice place to stay, and we would consider it for future visits. However................our one issue was the bed. It was super firm, and we had a very uncomfortable night of sleep. Not sure if this was just an anomaly or not. If all of the beds are like this, then I will change my opinions about staying here. Guess we'll find out on our next visit. Our room was 528.

We needed an overnight in Easton, PA. We checked in and we’re given our non-smoking room around 4:30. When we opened the door to our room we were hit with the smell of covered up smoke. While we could tell a previous resident had smoked in the room, we were exhausted from a long drive and decided to suck it up and just stay in the room. We settled in and found the casino. It was a standard small casino, but again the smell of old smoke in smoking areas (no problem there), and non-smoking areas was overwhelming. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows nice, control of room temperature was easy. The overall room was pretty standard. The toilet started to refill the tank over and over I the middle of the night. Annoying but, again, not something to call maintenance at 2:30in the morning. So, nice room, but not worth staying there again.

Okay stay. We were offered free drink to their new bar- they were so full of filler (sickly sweet) we did not finish and went to steelstacks bar (fyi a Long Island ice tea is over 15$ bucks there- Ana glass- barley any alcohol. We visited the new pool and were underwhelmed. It’s tiny… and a ton of wasted concrete space behind it- could have made it much bigger. Another annoying thing- on the app is a 25$ for the steel stacks- though it says it NO WHERE there, we were told it was not valid weekends. The lady at the service desk was downright rude about it. Machine were not hitting. The room we stayed in: first room (non smoking) smelled like smoke. (People if you have a nonsmoking room- please don’t smoke in it.) second room was fine, not upgraded. Wish they had a sit for. breakfast place open at 7! We are early risers are are early eaters- over “ok”.

From the moment we were greeted at the entrance until leaving, Chop House was an excellent experience. My mother had a complimentary meal which we decided to use for her birthday. We were given a fixed menu in which to select a beverage, appetizer, entree and dessert. The options had something for everyone which was a pleasant surprise. The servers were all friendly and helpful, not annoying. You are given fresh rolls and butter. We chose lobster bisque and a Caesar salad. The lobster bisque was amazing because they put lobster in a bowl then poured the soup on top of it and then a spoon of butter was placed in the soup. We'd never seen anything like it. We chose the filet mignons and they were literally the best steaks we ever had in our lives. So soft and tender and the taste was incredible. Mashed potatoes and green bean sides were good too. Dessert was a cream brulee and a peanut butter pie. Portions were perfectly sized and we left stuffed. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. It was literally one of the three best meals we ever had in our lives... and completely unexpected. I saw some negative reviews on here prior since the establishment is no longer under Emeril's name so I felt I needed to write something saying how great our experience was. Thank you Chop House.

THE WHOLE DAY WAS A WASTE OF TIME. I HAD TO STAY PUT BECAUSE WIND CREED DOES NOT OFFER MOTORIZED SCOOTER FOR RENTALS. JUST MANUAL WHEEL CHAIRS WHICH IS A HASSEL BECAUSE WHO WANTS TO BE PUSHING ANYONE AROUND? PLEASE MAKE THIS CASINO MORE ACCESSABLE TO HANDICAPPED PEOPLE.

Just checked out today. Last time we stayed here was during covid in the older tower. The new North tower just opened this year. The rooms are HUGE, you never really realize just how much a taller ceiling makes the room feel so spacious. The room had everything you could need ... Mini fridge w water inside already, charging ports, iron & ironing board, safe, the TV is huge , the bathroom is beautiful and modern, the wallpaper by commode was awesome (drawing prints of the old steel mill) Bed was a lil hard but comfortable enough... My only wish for this hotel was that the pool area was more of a resort feel, there is not hot tub ... whomp whomp... and I thought the pool was on the rooftop but it's off the casino level so it only has 4th floor level views. I forgot to go check out the spa (which is on top level and has hot tub I think) but would've been nice to have a hot tub by pool. Also the only other thing about the layout of the hotel , is that the only breakfast options are at the fast food joints by casino, Or room service which is food from steelstacks, it's not the best, just wish they would have a Cafe off the lobby so you didn't have to go to casino for breakfast. Anyway 5 stars for the new room... it was very relaxing ...

Great guest customer service and clean accommodating rooms. I was in the old tower and it was well maintained and clean. The new tower I was told was currently being opening up. Once I return I’ll definitely request the new tower. Casino and outlet mall on property. I was very happy with my visit and loved the location to downtown and Wawa across the bridge. The old steel years next door was also a treat and offers amazing views from the hotel. A must visit, thank you Wind Creek Team.

If you're checking in here and don't even know where it is... we WILL catch you! (Don't checkin on a day it's closed... you look like a fool.)
