Recently, the new wing of the hotel has been completed, featuring better parking and room appointments. Despite the slightly longer walk to the casino and out-of-service old elevators, staff like Shannon Molettieri provide excellent service, making guests feel special. Shannon has been commended for her exceptional hosting, engaging with guests and making everyone feel valued during a group trip to Aruba. She organized several dinners and events and was always available to help, ensuring a perfect and unforgettable trip for the guests.

On the downside, there have been issues with maintenance, such as a broken toilet paper holder in a guest's room, which remained unfixed despite numerous attempts to report it to housekeeping.
