Paid for my order. Got my donut and waited 10mins for my iced latte. They continued to serve other customers until I asked about my drink and lo and behold the "latte machine" is broken.There is next to no parking available so this dunkin is not convenient at all. I would only go here if every other coffee shop in town is closed.

Don’t ever come to this Dunkin. The employees are disgusting they eat and drink while prepping food and drinks. I asked for a medium nutty pumpkin iced coffee with OAT MILK. And the girl charged me a pumpkin latte which is $3 more than a regular ice coffee which I asked for. After I asked for a refund and what I originally asked for and the manager or whatever he is gave me the biggest attitude. He said “are you trying to get a free coffee or what ?” I simply said “no”. I was trying to be as nice as possible. He goes and refunds me the drink. He doesn’t refund me the right amount. I was about ready to flip but I kept my cool and didn’t complain. I just wanted my coffee with oat milk. I ask for oat milk because I’m allergic to regular creamer they use. He rings up the coffee and I pay for it once again. I told him I wanted to keep the first receipt and he gave me an attitude saying he needs to keep it. I simply ask can I just take a quick picture of it then. He then says “whatever just keep it” and THROWS IT my direction. I then just grab it take a picture and softly placed it by the pos machine again. She then makes it and hands it to me. The receipt and coffee sticker said 3 pumpkin swirls , 3 hazelnut shot and 3 CREAM. I saw this and went back and asked the girl if she made it with oat milk. She said “yes” but she seemed unsure. I have drank a few sips and now I feel super sick. My coffee was definitely not made with oat milk. I will not be returning to this Dunkin ever again. I’ll gladly take a 20 min trip and go to another location for a simple ice coffee then return here. There professionalism is not there at all. If you don’t like your job quit and find another or just don’t work at all. I was being the nicest possible. I could’ve flipped and gotten them all fired if I wanted too. They got lucky today.

Go check on your employees what they are doing. 1 employee didn't know how to cut the croissant so she asked us to get it on bagel hahahahha.We ordered 5 coffees and 3 sandwiches. We waited 50 mins for our order lol ??. 1 employee closed the front door at 11 in the morning because it was getting busy lmaooo

I would never go there to eat or drink mice roaches if your in south Bethlehem never go to that dunkin the crew there are unpleasant playing with there hair behind counter and taking on phones in front of customers coffee was nasty cold I give that store a 0 I was the manger there for 4 years and they let me go for no reason when I was a manger I had that store clean and under controlled now that they fired me for no reason at all that store went down hill and I new that would happen

This Dunkin needs to either shut down , or hire new employees. Place is always disgusting , employees DONT DO ANYTHING , they don’t know how to make coffee right , always see the employees smoking outside and never wash their hands after they just go straight to making coffee with hands dirty , like it’s giving musty do better. When it’s busy , employees are slow and never attend the costumers usually wait 20 mins to get an iced coffee

Very slow! 5 people behind the counter just daydreaming. Everybody before me in line got coffee and new people that just walked in after me started to get their coffee and leave. When I asked about my order got no help but got told to keep waiting. So I left never got my coffee and my donut. Never going there again. You can keep the money..

This is the best Dunkin but unfortunately the customers that do come in they’re highly rude and are demanding to the staff members that try so hard to accommodate to their customers needs, I love how clean, friendly, and highly welcoming the staff members are ! & it’s understandable if they close a couple minutes before 7 pm !!! They have to clean up and make the store looks good for the next day just like when you guys leave work at a set time and don’t want to leave or stay after the set time your supposed to be there!!! SHOW SOME RESPECT ! thank you sincerely a good customer!
