The place is very clean. My matcha was so very grainy. Tried on 2 separate days same issue. But what took me by surprise was the music being played in this Dunkin. The most inappropriate music honestly and the female staff was not friendly at all. I asked a question my first visit and got attitude for wanting to order directly from them as I couldn’t find an item on the kiosk. I love this Duncan. It has a walk-in area as well as a walk-through where you can walk up on their drive-through looking area and pick your stuff up and walk away without going in the store. I love this Duncan very friendly people good service very prompt.
