We came inside at 5:58 pm, and all chairs were up in the dining area. We asked for $6 meal, a worker girl started typing the order in her system, and then said that the oven was closed. I asked what time they close, isn't it at 7? She said they close at 7, but they close the oven at 6. This was our 1st and last time at this Dunkin. We wanted visit a new Dunkin location, which turned out to be unsuccessful. So we went to our regular Dunkin. Arrived at 6:15 pm, and their oven was and is still operating.

I ordered a bacon avacado toast and I got a piece of bread with avacado spread. I understand missing the bacon it's the first thing I check, but the bread wasnt toasted. Coffee isn't fresh. Very disappointed.

Super rude employees(even when you’re trying to explain what you need) breakfast item was cold even tho it was supposed to be hot and coffee was not good. Happens every time, no matter how many chances you give.

DoorDash disaster. I ordered through DoorDash. For a while, I’ve been ordering avocado SPREAD like in a cup and they’ve been giving me avocado TOAST… whatever. Today I ordered the usual, my order comes and is missing my coffee. DoorDash refunded me $7. I then ordered the coffee through DoorDash again because I can’t just leave my job.. Another $12 for ONE coffee due to delivery fees, tip, etc. Okay fine, except they gave me the SAME EXACT coffee I was supposed to get in the first place! The receipt shows all the items on the order and the time stamp. You couldn’t even make me a fresh coffee?

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT YO BE HEALTHY Every time I come they are understaffed and have sick people working, if you don’t wanna get sick DO NOT get ur food from here, this place is gonna be the reason Covid or any other disease get pushed around, it’s common sense to tell a working in food to go home if they are sick but this place doesn’t get that

This DD is the slowest worst DD you will go to. You’ll sit in the drive thru the only car waiting 5 minutes for someone to take your order, then another 5 minutes to wait for a simple coffee. Pathetic!

Old hag tells me that there is no such thing as a “iced hazelnut chai coffee” when it is literally on the the app. After i said it was on the app and tried showing her it she goes “i don’t care about your little thing”. She is older, shorter, and has reddish hair. watch out for her yall!

most of the time I went there my srink was fine but today they didn’t put any sugar in my drink and barely any caramel. half my drink was missing im not drinking this im going to go get a new one i deserve at least that. not happy.

Stopped at the Dunkin on Easton Ave on 1/10 not realizing they were closing. Gianna took my order for hot coffee & brought it to my car. I was very impressed with her kindness. A good representative for Dunkin!
