First the steaks were very good. I had the 16 oz NY Strip and wife who does normally order a steak had the 10 Filet and she truly enjoyed. I stopped for dinner a few days ago. I chose Chop House because they have raw oysters. I ordered 6 raw oysters and was very disappointed! I am not sure if they were not fully grown, but they were mushy and stuck to the shell!!! Very sad that they do not have the food approved before leaving the kitchen!
My husband and I had our Friday night date night at the Chop House and I have to say we had an amazing experience. From start to finish the night was fantastic. Our servers were so wonderful. We did not have to wait for anything. The food was also top notch. I would give my experience an A plus. Great job Chop House. We will definitely be back.
