Foundry Restaurant

I went last night because I was staying in the attached hotel. The place does seem to be lightly staffed, but the person who served me was perfectly polite and nice. I had, unenthusiastically, planned to order a hamburger and fries, but the server talked me into having the French Onion Soup and Chicken Caesar Salad instead. The place is large with a comfortable atmosphere. Although there is mostly bar fare, there are specials each weekend, usually quality steaks at great prices. The cooks in the kitchen know exactly what they are doing! I highly recommended the quesadilla with chicken, which is phenomenal and over-stuffed, to say the least.
