I was served a gyro with the thin hard outer casing and when I asked for a refund I was refused because the manager Ashley said, “That’s the way we do it.” So much for your guarantee of freshness. I am 66 years old and have never had such an inedible gyro. Even Arby’s is better by far! Poor management to screw the customer.

my girlfriend fell on their wet floor with no sign out. broke her toenails, bleeding hurt her arm so bad she can't drive home and now she is sitting in the car sobbing. they don't have incident reports so nothing to fill out. so hurt humiliated and then had to pay for her food??? ok...

A live ant crawled right off my plate onto the tray I was served on. I have a video as well. The Boulder Colorado store needs to be cleaned and a pest control professional hired. The young employees did not know what to do but were helpful and just as grossed out as I was. I’m hoping to hear from the General Manager Gregg Brooks soon.

I placed an order at 6:55pm, and took my time getting to the location. When I arrived at 7:30 the restaurant had no one in it at they hadn’t started my order. For the price I spent and the time I waited, I won’t be back. Here’s a picture of no one on front line making food.
