For one you must be a member to gain entry so to actually try out the place you need to pay even if you do not like the food.I had a mediocre fried haddock with tartar sauce.Server was arrogant and didn't seem to care.It was okay.
I have been a member for years, and have never ordered something I didn't like. The Waitstaff are efficient, and always smiling/joking with the customers. The food is always delicious, the portions are huge. Never disappointed, and we eat here on average once a week.
