Kyoto Sushi&Hibachi Steak House

Today was my first time getting food from here. Christmas Day, didn't want leftovers for dinner so decided to place an order for pickup. It's super tiny but OMG the Filet Mignon Hibachi was amazing!!!! When I picked it up the super nice guy behind the counter was telling me about how they make their sauces in house and I have to say it's amazing. A lot of hibachi places the sauce is so strong you can't really taste the vegetables. Not Kyoto! Everything tasted earthy and fresh and just absolutely delicious! Thank you for making my tasty Christmas dinner and we will absolutely be back :)

I have been having some amazing experiences at Kyoto Sushi & Hibach Steak House! The freshness of the ingredients truly stands out, making every dish not only delicious but also incredibly satisfying. The quality is impeccable and you can really tell they take pride in sourcing and preparing the best. The service was equally impressive; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s refreshing to find a place that combines such high standards in both food and customer care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Kyoto Sushi is hands-down my favorite sushi spot! I’ve even marked it as a favorite on my Google Maps. Despite living in New Jersey, I make the trip to Pennsylvania whenever I can just to eat here. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, and the variety on the menu keeps me coming back to try new things. The staff truly make the experience even better — they’re always friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. If you’re a sushi lover, Kyoto Sushi is absolutely worth the drive!

Spicy crunchy yellowtail sushi was good.
Serving of vegs with salmon hibachi dinner was too small.
Did not like fried rice, which is something I usually love.
They added a sauce to the food which ruined it for me, even after they tried removing it. Had to leave with most of the food uneaten.
I spoke with the server, who I believe was one of the owners about the issues.
Restaurant was clean and nice atmosphere.

Just enjoyed an amazing dinner. The food was fresh and delicious. We had the hibachi chicken and shrimp and also the hibachi filet mignon and shrimp, both with fried rice and soup. Everything was fantastic! There is no open cooking, everything is brought to the table which was so nice for an intimate dinner. The restaurant was bright and clean with welcoming friendly staff. So happy we tried this!

Love the vibe of the place, really clean and has jazz playing. The sashimi is surprisingly fresh and honestly, I couldn’t get sashimi of that quality even for twice the price in Philly. The server is also very friendly and polite. Will definitely come again!

The best sashimi I had around Philadelphia area in four years. They were so fresh and delicious. Wish had discovered this place sooner. Highly recommend salmon and scallop sashimi!

My favorite place for sushi in the Lehigh Valley now! Everything was excellent and priced pretty darn cheap. Got specialty rolls, the squid salad, and an iced tea that was half sweetened and it was perfection! My buddy got sashimi and tobiko and hand rolls that the seaweed was still crunchy and not mushy when eaten. Coming here all the time.

Our first time trying this place! Service and atmosphere were great. Sushi was fantastic and hibachi was solid. We’ve been on the hunt for good sushi in the Lehigh Valley and we will definitely be coming back!
