This is my go to when going out for mexican food, they give you complementary chips and salsa to start before placing your order. Food and service is always great. They do have Birria tacos as well.

This small unassuming place is absolutely delicious. My boyfriend says it’s possibly the best Mexican he’s ever had, and that man eats a lot of Mexican. We started with Guac and the chorizo nachos (Chorinachos). We think they may make the chorizo in house and either way, it was so so good. We ordered birria tacos, chorizo tacos (because the chorizo was so good the first time!), a steak and chorizo burrito (what did I tell you), and the Mexico Lindo fajitas. My boyfriend also said it was the best birria tacos he’s ever had. Burrito was great and probably about ten pounds, and chorizo tacos were great. The fajita was seasoned perfectly. Not to mention the prices are extremely affordable. You can’t miss here.
This is a very low key Mexican restaurant with easily some of the best food in the area. Everything is full of flavor and made to order. The serving sizes are great and so are the prices. Their food and service is better than a lot of the more popular places in the immediate area. Do yourself a favor and try this place, you won’t be disappointed!

What happened to this place?? We use to frequent this restaurant when we lived closer and decided to take a ride and have a late lunch yesterday. The salsa was extremely hot (and I like hot) and some of the chips were very stale. The food itself was meh, so again I ask what happened to this place that was our go to. Did it change owners???

This place never miss. Everytime I get a Mexican food craving I order from here. Best food, price and service hands in Bethlehem compare to the others surrounding it. I have tried others given the benefit of the doubt but nothing compare to Mexico Lindo. Dining does get busy during dinner but the servers do try their best and the salsa that comes with the chips. OmG... everything is fresh. Support your local small business ?
Best dang burrito I've ever had (Asada). Cool little place, great service and food came quick. My biggest pet peeve at restaurants is paying a lot and not getting enough food. You will not have that problem here.

We tried the chicken soup, the ground beef tacos, and some enchiladas.Surprisingly very flavorful. Its a bit pricy though but what place isnt nowadays?The staff was very kind, flexible, and patient.
