I was happy to find another vegan friendly pizza place in the Lehigh valley. And I love that there are many options for vegan pizzas because they have vegan cheese that you can substitute on any of their vegetarian pizzas.
However the cheese is very much that Dayia cheese texture. It has the consistency of silly putty and I find it to be a really unpleasant texture that makes me lose my appetite as I chew through it.

Great Italian dishes and the best bang for your buck in the Lehigh Valley. Truly a hidden gem that most people think is just a “pick-up pizza place”, but their pasta and seafood dishes are amazing and come with soup or salad and fresh-out-of-the-oven bread with seasoned dipping oil. I’ve heard the chicken parm is to die for, but haven’t tried it yet.
I came here all the time as a kid when I lived across the street in the late 1990s and early 2000s (the late Mary Johnson at 803 Main St. was my Aunt). I haven't been since 2006 when I last lived in Bethlehem.
The service was impersonal, but the food was delicious and affordable. Although the waiter forgot to give me a pizza that i requested. Luckily, she didn't charge for it.
