placed a reservation for 9 people and was given 2 circle tables to put together even tho we showed up on time. whole meal i was depressed because i couldnt even talk to the people i wanted and whole meal was ruined due to being placed in tables that obviously arent meant for 9 people like be so fr. 3 stars are going to cleanliness and a little serving because our server was nice and attentive. other than that they need to work on placing people in better seats and wait times.

🥩 Consistently Great with Just a Pinch Too Much Salt
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outback Steakhouse has been a longtime favorite—and for good reason. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service reliable, and the menu stacked with comforting, flavorful dishes that keep me coming back.
That said, some dishes could use a gentler hand when it comes to salt. It's not a deal-breaker, but it’s worth noting if you’re sensitive to seasoning.
Still, the charm and consistency of this place are what truly shine. I’ve always loved going, and I still do. There’s something about knowing what to expect—and enjoying it every time—that makes it a go-to spot.

We regularly go to this outback and rarely have issues, but our most recent visit was slightly disappointing.
It WAS during dinner rush on a Friday evening so understandably service was slow but a bit inattentive. What was unfortunate was my ribeye steak was extremely chewy and gristly.
I was cutting for so long that my hands were starting to cramp and chewing it took a lot of effort.
The sides were good, and my husband filet was tender and delicious. We will likely return in the future cause we love outback, but was just a little turned off by this recent experience.

Absolutely awful service & dining experience. Upon initially ordering, our server was kind & friendly however, did not see her again for well over half order simply just needing a refill on beverages as they remained empty for an extended period of time. She had 3 tables in the section and were mostly ignored and no where to be found. Many others servers, and what I would assume is a member of management given the nicer outfit, stood around laughing and playing on their phones and being more concerned of the golf game on television then being concerned with guests. It took well over an hour to receive our food, all the while waiting for at least a refill on beverages which hardly came. All that was ordered was a side salad, a baked potato and a cheeseburger and, as mentioned, took well over an hour. Extremely disappointing & will not be returning.

Don't bother ordering a salad these days. Ordered a Cobb salad for 18 bucks. That gets you bagged iceberg lettuce with eggs, bagged bacon and 5 croutons. Sad what restaurants have become.

Drinks seemed a bit slow to come out, and our appetizers arrived first. However, to be fair, I ordered the smoked pecan old fashioned, and that may have held things up. Our apps were the coconut shrimp, which was alright but unremarkable, and a blooming onion that was extremely salty. Next, we both had a salad that was alright. We ordered similar entrees, a sirloin and a chicken dish. She had the Alice Chicken, and I had the Blooming Chicken. All the proteins were again extremely salty. It was so bad that we tried to scrape some of the salt off with our knives to make it edible. It didn't help. We both wanted to wash it off in the sink. That's how salty it was. The chicken dishes were no better. Nor were her fries or my baked potato. Again, we tried scraping salt off to make it edible. My wife asked for water. I told her to be careful. It was probably salt water. For dessert we carefully avoided th3 salted caramel dish and she instead opted for a Chocolate Thunder while I ordered the Butter cake. Her dessert was perfect. Mine required heavy equipment to cut. It looked dry, and tasted like it was weeks old. To top off our evening, our server, who was very nice and attentive, forgot our discount card, which I didn't check until we'd gotten home. All told, we paid $151 and change (it should have been $135 after our 10% discount) plus a 20% tip for one of the worst meals we've ever had. We contemplated going somewhere local, now we really wish we had.

Have dined at this location many times. Server was fantastic as usual. Friendly and attentive. Our meals, although tasty, were half size portions of nearly everything? 6oz. steak(& Shrimp ) could have fit in the palm of a toddlers hand. Amounted to roughly 4 bites. Tiny portion of fries scattered on the plate...$24?. Chicken fingers meal served with 4 pieces of chicken roughly 1/3 the normal size and a decent sized portion of (cold) broccoli..$18? Son was served a hamburger (overdone but tasty) and a smaller than usual portion of lukewarm fries..$16..? All salads served with barely any dressing. Huh?
I have no other explanation except possibly new management? or an owner that, despite the parking lot being overflowing every night, decided that price increases combined with half sized meal portions was necessary?

Restaurantji Recommends
Called at 5pm to reserve a table for 7 people (4adults 3 kids). Asked for 630 pm slot. Was told yes. Got there at 630. Was told it was a 40 minute wait.
Why take reservations if you won’t have the table ready on time.

I have worked in many resturants in my life so when it comes to ordering food I usually don't give reviews. But for this I will make an exception. I ordered the prime rib medium rare, I don't even know what to call this, it tastes like it was cooked several days ago and microwaved today, even the baked potato tastes like rubber. I hate complaining about food because I know not everything is perfect in any kitchen by any means but I don't even know what to call this... If you don't get enough orders during the week to make it fresh take it off the menu, don't rip people off by selling this... Last time I'll ever order anything from this place, unbelievable.
