Love it they had my favorite flavor of Boba, avocado. It was amazing and tasted just as good as the one I had in Chinatown. They also have a good banh mi sandwich. Prepared fresh, excellent quality, very clean establishment.

We tried Pho Viet Royal II last night for the 1st time. The food was amazing! Jay is super friendly, professional, and accommodating. This is so much closer to our house, so if we're looking for takeout, this is our new favorite Pho place! It is definitely worth a visit!

Huge fan for of the original location on Union blvd, so I was stoked when this one opened closer to my home. Just as good as the first spot. Friendly service, great food, reasonable prices. Take out or eat in, equally great.

They are family owned business and they are genuine and very nice people!
We ordered the crispy spring roll and veg pho with beef broth and chicken sandwich, I always have Vietnamese coffee with my meal, everything was delicious and very fresh!
I am so happy they have a second location we can go now!

Food is just as good as the original location. The service is top notch and it’s what sets both stores apart from the competition. Can’t wait to come back.
We ordered pork bahn mi. The pork was dry, over cooked, spare amount for the size of the very good roll. There was very little else on the sandwiches. Just a little onion, a few carrot sticks, two celantro stems and one piece of lettuce. Won’t be back again.

My wife and I were pretty regular at the first location because of the quality of food. Once they opened the second location closer to our house, we became even more excited to be there more frequently. The server Jay is an awesome guy also. He's always quick and really friendly.
