St. Luke's William Penn Family Practice

I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment understanding that I may have to wait a couple minutes 5 to 10 minutes, about 15 minutes after my appointment I asked the nurse why seven other patients that came in after me walked right in and I’m still waiting. She let me know the doctor was running behind. It’ll be a couple more minutes. I waited another 25 minutes before I just walked up and left.

Our time is valuable as patients as well. It’s not fair that the doctors overbooked.

I feel sometimes it’s all about the numbers and not about the patient when we go to the doctors anymore.

The staff here is welcoming.The ladies at the window love what they do. Karen was really helpful. I use my walker today. I had to use the restroom. There rest room was out of order. So I had to walk to the other side. Once I came back Karen call me . She said would you like a wheelchair she push me to the back. When I was done she push me back to the front. Dr Durcus takes his time with you and listens. Great Job ! Positive E

That office is very busy. The doctors and staff are professional and serious about getting you in and out. I have been a patient for 8 years, and believe me, I don't like going to any office and be on time and have to wait. No complaints at all.

I've been going here for years and never had a single issue.

Was supposed to have a wellness visit, but after waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen I decided to leave. If I was 30 minutes late they would have cancelled my appointment, but we are supposed to sit and wait on them. Maybe some new office people are needed since she didn’t even remember checking me in.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 12 years and the care i have received is excellent. All of the staff are kind and truly care about the patients. I won't go anywhere else.

I don’t know what provider is going to cancel an appointment for less than ten min late , especially when it was scheduled by the hospital as a follow up. I also called ahead and spoke to Samantha, to let them know I am coming directly from work and was held back with a client. She said that if I was less than ten min late I could still be seen. I arrived at EXACTLY 9 min late and was told that they needed to reschedule, and lied to and argued with that I wasted half the appointment. I even checked-in early using the app to assist in case this happened and apparently, not enough. And yes I understand the runoff affect it might have on appt later, but if ten min is where the line is drawn it’s obviously overbooked. It’s such a shame because other than that, St. Luke’s has always been my preferred provider.

Overbook appointments. Very poor communication skills. Office too small for the number of Doctors they have. Mildew smell. Be smart and go somewhere else.

It is hard dealing with medical issues but when dealing with William penn it makes it a lot easier . Doreen is the best making sure that every patients needs are taken care of and follows through . The only issue I. That office is that they turn staff over to much and the new hires need a personality lesson from Doreen

Just visited this office for the first time. I have all but good things to say. Dr. Chit was super nice and very personable. The staff from check-in to check-out were very kind and friendly.

My daughter and I have been going to this office for 7 years since we first moved to Bethlehem. I highly recommend Dr. Chit. The staff is super nice too. I love St. Luke’s. All my doctors are in the same network and I can always get my questions answered in a timely manner and appointments when I need them.

I’ve never encountered more caring or invested staff- from the front desk to the exam room. I’d never take my family anywhere else.
