When I order my drink it’s made differently every time. Currently, I’m drinking an overly sweet cinnamon dolce cold latte, asked for whip cream and less pumps of the syrup because I don’t like a sweet drink. Got no whip and as I stated before overly sweet. I order this on the app to pick up before I go to work. I’ve had them remake it in the past, but why can’t they just make it right the first time? We spend almost 7$ on these drinks. Seems like Starbucks is like the rest of the world and doesn’t care that their products are mid, and their employees don’t gf either.

Cant pull in to park. Whoever designs starbucks parking lots and drive thrus should get an award for the dumbest you can be, and still be employed. Every single parking lot sucks. SLOW service, just like every other starbucks. Trash company. Exactly as expected!

The absolute worst Starbucks around. I only go here because it’s conveniently across the street from my job. The drinks are so inconsistent and I order the same 2 items all the time. There are times I can’t even drink my coffee because it tastes so bad I just throw it away. Mobile orders are always backed up and items are always sold out online but available in store. The only nice thing I can say is the store is always clean and the atmosphere is nice. There’s one or 2 baristas that actually know how to make the drinks great but the rest have not a clue.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been too. Most employees have attitude problems. They even say they’re sold out on everything Online but once I walk in they apparently have everything. If you can’t handle in store and online orders hire MORE employees.

Drinks aren’t bad when they have what you ask for. HOWEVER, there’s an 8 out of 10 chance they are sold out of whatever you want to order. And then you don’t find out until you get there to pick your order up which is completely frustrating. Especially if you have somewhere else you need to be like work or school. Save yourself the headache and order from a different location whenever possible.

Didn't like the Mocha Cookie Crumble. It could be better. :(But the mango dragon fruit drink was really good, though, and loved it. :)

Food and atmosphere is pretty much the standard at aall Starbucks. The service on the other hand is pretty abysmal. It takes five people behind the counter to get one coffee ready because everyone's so busy chatting and texting on their phones. Sorry to inconvenience you all!

I visit this Starbucks about 3-4 times a week and have never had a bad experience until this morning. I could clearly see they were very busy due to a local college graduation so I patiently waited for my mobile order to be ready. When it approached 30 minutes of waiting for my one drink I thought "let me ask the cashier since the baristas are busy" so I went to the cashier and politely asked about the status of my order. Before I could even finish my sentence a gentleman in a black coffee master apron with glasses shouted at me ithat they were clearly backed up.
