I visit this Starbucks about 3-4 times a week and have never had a bad experience until this morning. I could clearly see they were very busy due to a local college graduation so I patiently waited for my mobile order to be ready. When it approached 30 minutes of waiting for my one drink I thought "let me ask the cashier since the baristas are busy" so I went to the cashier and politely asked about the status of my order. It's a college- and private art school- adjacent Starbucks. It's a walk in (i.e. no drive thru). So, as long as you know what you're in for, you can understand the vibe of the clientele. The Starbucks itself is fast paced, clean, and consistent. And the workers have always been nice with those who are patient given the foot traffic. I love stopping by.

Drinks aren’t bad when they have what you ask for. HOWEVER, there’s an 8 out of 10 chance they are sold out of whatever you want to order. And then you don’t find out until you get there to pick your order up which is completely frustrating. Especially if you have somewhere else you need to be like work or school. Save yourself the headache and order from a different location whenever possible.
