Well, I am going to clearly state why I am giving this establishment the review you are about to read. I had to pleasure of having tastesmokers products at a company event. Even was able to meet the head pit master and owner Himself which I will not state a name as I feel that is unfair to disclose but if you know you know. I have been calling for almost 2 to 2.5 months on Friday or Saturday to see if they were open to the public. Most times no answer or call back but sometimes a call back would happen which I appreciated. I understood the whole month of the ocktober fest gig but really? You guys lack of attention to the rest of your supporters is really annoying. So I found some extra time in my day to help people understand why they don’t phone calls answered or drive 30-45 mins to you to see you closed when clearly your hours online says you were open. So now im left with less gas in my tank, time wasted, still hungry and now need to adjust everything off of the lack of communication on your end. I would look forward to a weekend I was off to be able to come here in person but clearly the doors are almost always closed to the public. Thank you taste smokers for this experience. Just so you know I Smoke meats too. I’ll see you at a competition real soon. I’ll just go to Mission BBQ and support them at least the owner there is really nice and friendly. Even gave my son a free brownie free of charge. Smh do better TS. Very disgusted and disappointed in this establishment. Should follow up with the BBB for false advertisement on everything. Don’t even visit the page or get tempted just go to Mission BBQ or Grumpys!!!!

Got some takeout with some friends the other day. Got the mac and cheese with the three meat sampler. Mac cheese is good but not worth 8 to 9 bucks for the amount given. Meat was alright but on the greasy side. Ribs were pretty good tho.

We found this place by luck and we are very happy we did.
Veronica and Quartez could not have been more helpful in setting up dinner for seven of us. We were warmly welcomed into their beautiful space. Our orders encompassed almost everything on the menu which we happily wolfed down. I can speak for the meaty, tender, flavorful ribs and the cheesiest mac and cheese I've ever had. I hope The Taste Smokers will be part of the Bethlehem community for years to come.

Our first time at The Taste Smokers today, and let me tell you—this is hands down the best BBQ we’ve ever had! 😋🔥 From the pulled pork to the double brisket, every bite was pure perfection. Don’t sleep on the ribs, jerk chicken, or salmon—everything was beyond tasty! The sides were just as amazing, but it’s the meats, the owners, and the whole vibe that set this place apart. Honestly, it tops any BBQ spot on the East Coast, not just the Lehigh Valley. Get there early because it all goes fast. You haven’t experienced real BBQ until you’ve tried The Taste Smokers!
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly and awesome place
My opinion not a review was based solely on what I saw on line. Which that info was incorrect. I graciously got a phone call from Mrs Smoke Taster, sorry I did not get her name. She explained that info on line was incorrect and they were closed for their 10 yr anniversary. I want to thank her for taking the time to call, was not expecting that and let's all wish them another 10 yrs and beyond and please let's continue to support all our Bethlehem, businesses, especially the small and Family owned .
The food was AMAZING. This restaurant is the first of its kind & caliber in the Lehigh valley, for sure

This is the first ever google review I've ever written, and it's because this is by far the best brisket and mac and cheese I've ever eaten. Not even exaggerating. Brisket literally melts in your mouth. You just need to try it.

I had an incredible first experience with the Tastesmokers during Musik Fest! Veronica, her husband, and their amazing team truly know how to deliver. The meats were unbelievably tender and packed with flavor. The service was outstanding, and they nailed the entire experience from start to finish. I'm thrilled to see their business thriving in the Bethlehem area and can't wait to go back for more. Highly recommend!
