The restaurant has a nice vibe, and while the service has been inconsistent, management stays on top of everything and ensures everyone is treated well. The food menu has stepped up, with amazing tacos and creamy guacamole. Customers love the Birria quesadilla and Pollo Tostadas, which are two of the tastiest items on the menu. The drink menu is outstanding, featuring fabulous margaritas, including strong and delicious frozen mango margaritas. Urbano is worth a visit for those in downtown Bethlehem, providing a relaxed dining experience. The ensalada de casa with jalapeño avocado vinaigrette is out of this world, and the chicken flautas are impressive. Dessert options like tres leches cake with horchata are amazing. Although the menus appear worn and hard to read, the staff is terrific, super friendly, and attentive. Recently, there have been some concerns about the service and food delivery, but overall, the atmosphere remains inviting, and many guests still enjoy the dining experience.
