50% of the time, you have to go inside or place an order on the app because the machines don't work in the drive-thru. 75% of the time, the food is correct. They do tend to miss items or don't do orders correctly. I guess it all depends who is working and what time of day.
Regardless of what time of day it is, you're being told to go around and wait in the front whenever you placed a mobile order. It could be the smallest order and you're still waiting. First time it happened, I waited 10 minutes. The max? 30. Perhaps the location needs to consider reserved drive thru or mobile order spots so we have somewhere designated to park when having to wait.
