“I absolutely adore their coffee and breakfast sandwiches, but today they completely caught me off guard. By mistake, I placed my order at the wrong spot. I felt quite let down by my own mistake, so I quickly reordered at the right location. Then, around 15 minutes later, I got a message saying they had refunded my initial order.
