“The Lightstreet Hotel somehow survived Covid and is still serving food that's both tasty and relatively affordable. Bar service and some of my choice selections like wings are solid here. But the tipping point for value and quality can be found in their prime rib, which will feel like one of the most ample portions you've ever experienced.“
“The food is excellent! I had just a simple shrimp and fries basket, and it was fantastic! They also have one of the best fish dinners around. The owners are close family friends, but they treat everyone like family. It is a great place to go for dine in and takeout at reasonable prices. You will not be disappointed.“
“It's my go-to spot and I know a lot of the bartenders and fellow patrons. It's Smokey and it's a dive bar but I love it. The food is far from Gourmet but it's super cheap and it hits the spot when you need to soak up some alcohol. It's far enough outside of town that it's not overrun with college students. It's where I go when I want to get out.“
“Capitol is a decent destination for drinks in Bloomsburg. I can't comment on the food, because I haven't eaten any food from here in a very long time. But the drinks are pretty good and reasonably priced, and they have a fair beer selection. Late night and during certain collegiate celebrations, it becomes quite packed and the atmosphere becomes more like a club, with a big dance floor, loud music, etc. So if that's your jam, hit it up, you won't be disappointed. If it's around the end of the Bloom U semester and you're just looking for a quiet drink, I would perhaps recommend a different establishment.“
“Went for the first time and absolutely loved it! Great people, great food, great atmosphere etc. If you haven't stopped make a point to check them out. Got to meet the owner and just GOOD PEOPLE. So glad I stopped and now got a new place to go for dinner!“
