“So lucky to have this amazing gem in our West Chester neighborhood! For 15 years we have been having delicious family dinners at Fusion. The sushi is fresh with a huge assortment of rolls. Our meal always begins with Kani Salad and a greeting from the friendly waitstaff. I will return for the salmon lovers roll AND really enjoyed the special “sushi sandwich”.“

“Charles (CJ) is amazing!! We wanted a quick drink/ snack after the Longwood Gardens fireworks show. We came in close to closing and CJ was so kind and accommodating! He made it a wonderful night. Brittany is also a supportive manger and pleasant to interact with!“

Pictured are the Yummy Roll, the Mango Roll, General Tso's Chicken combo (served with fried rice for only $11) and Wonton Soup. We definitely took home leftovers but it was due to very full tummys!!!
Give this place a shot of you haven't already. I remember back in the day this used to be a buffet and we are pleased with this concept instead.

“Dinner at Masamoto was suggested by a friend, so you're getting a twofer review. If you love sushi how can you go wrong?
We went with another couple on a Wednesday night. (Now you're up to 5 people recommending this place-bonus!) The place is small, so we made reservations. Sadly, we were the only customers when we arrived. I was a little concerned, but once rush hour died down the place got busy. The kitchen was hopping, creating table and take out orders. And for good reason.
We ordered a bunch of sushi rolls. They all looked amazing when brought to the table. There's no point in telling you which rolls we order, because they were all great and the menu has so many choices. And they will even make you gluten-free rolls and fried rice if you ask.
You don't go to Masamoto if you don't like sushi, so go and enjoy some wonderful creations.
It's usually true what they say about cozy hole in the wall restaurants. Masamoto is such a place, and deserves to be packed every night. If you want Asian flair and the extra costs for decorations and loud music - good for you, but you're missing out. Masamoto is a mom-n-pop type place with great food and a fantastic staff. They are helpful and happy to take care of you. For me, a genuinely cheery staff is what makes a place feel welcoming.
Masamoto is a place you go for the food and the company. Make some time and treat yourself.
Oh, and bring your favorite saki, wine, or bubbly. They are BYOB. Your belly and your wallet will thank you!

“Tried Hong Kong for the first time because I was in the area. I normally don’t order beef, but I saw the beef looked good in a google photo review. So glad I took a risk. It was soft and juicy. The rice was flavorful and soft. Will definitely be coming back. Very nice staff too. I can tell the restaurant is loved by the children’s drawings on the wall. ❤️“

“Thank you so much for your amazing take out during this shutdown. We always love your food and were happy we could order some last night. The spring rolls are delicious and my husband is obsessed with the Tom Kha soup. I love Panang curry and yours is perfect! Great fresh veggies and all! Bonus points that you cut pieces of the styrofoam for take out or delivery of the spring rolls ensuring they stay crispy the whole journey to our house!“

“I work in the same shopping center that Little Basil is located in every so often and every time I do, i make sure I eat from there. The food is both fresh and delicious and the owner and his wife are super friendly. I highly recommend this place.“

“This is pretty much the only place i eat at this mall. For me the price is very reasonable and usually they have something i always enjoy. The spicy fried tofu (w/Veggies & Lo Main) is always great and my go-to when I want a filling snack.
I wish I could give bonus stars simply for the wonderful woman working the register today (9/1/24, roguhly 1 pm). She was amazingly friendly! While I patiently waited for my meal I noticed every customer who came into here (including myself!) was acknowledged and greeted, she made sure to ask if orders were correct double checking and all, and would always find something to compliment or have that moment of a quick impression/connection and making someone's day that much better. Not one person left without a smile. Someone like that is a very rare gift in the food industry. I wish I could give her a proper shout-out, but I never got her name!“
