For the past year they don’t know what lite. Ice or no ice means. I complain the franchise gave me a free drink & donut. Still screws up. I’ve called Dunkin’ HQ & complain. Got a free drink. They still screw up. I’m not gonna waist my time on this store it if they screw up. I’ve gave them more than enough chances. How can a business survive if they keep screwing up customers orders.
