“Whatever changes they are making are working at the Boyertown, PA location. I went today and all of the staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. My large order for my family was perfect and the food and drinks tasted better than they ever have. The drive through was backed up out to the street, but the line was moving quickly and the staff remained upbeat and friendly. I really hope they retain the staff that they had working today (7/10/2021). Today was by far my best experience at this Dunkin.“

“Great breakfast sandwiches and the donuts are delicious. Customer service is a 20 out of 10! Placed a phone order and commented to my husband how friendly the man was who took my order was (I believe it was the owner). When we arrived, all of the staff was extremely friendly and they went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. Offered to clean our picnic table, set up an umbrella and even gave my husband a few donuts we forgot to order. I highly recommend DonutNV if you are looking for a sweet treat and friendly atmosphere!!!“

“We LOVE Suzy Jo Donuts! It's a great small business that makes simple, delicious donuts. My favorite donut is a chocolate glazed yeasted. They make it so the donut part is soft and pillowy, and they don't skimp on the glaze which is *very* important to me. The size of the donuts are very reasonable and they taste fresh every single time. My only recommendation is maybe come up with a fun, new unfamiliar flavor every once in a while? For example, matcha is big these days, ube is as well, a dulce de leche donut could be cool, a chocolate blackout donut, or even a donut with tropical flavors.The ladies behind the counter are usually very kind and offer my littles free donut holes when we go...which is really really nice for us parents who need to wrangle the kids all day every day and this just adds a little bit of sunshine to the day. Also, bonus points, it was very nice of the biz to offer donuts at half price when there was a pile of snow on the roads around Fat Tuesday this year. Thanks Suzy Jo Donuts! :)“

“Hometown is me and my families happy place! I literally do not enjoy other ice cream because nothing comes close to comparing to what Hometown creates! We go twice a week sometimes more in the spring and summer and at least once a week during the winter. We love the staff and the small town feel. It is the best place around and our go to- always!“

“They made a delicious and adorable cake for my son’s birthday. He loves zombies and they did a cute monster face with fondant hair and features. The rest was buttercream and everybody LOVED it!!! They were the most affordable option and came through for me at the last minute. I’ll be back!“

“This Location is hands down the best Dunkin’ Donuts you will ever have lol. The customer service and the connection given between you and whoever takes your order is perfect. You can not compare this dunkin to any other dunkin just because of how efficient they are.“

“Coffee is almost always made right, food will come out hot, but please do not get donuts. I stopped inside, which I rarely do but the drive through line was onto the street, and the donuts are completely uncovered, there were several flies landing on all the donuts. I understand having a drive through, and not all of that is preventable, but a covered/sliding glass door for food that's sitting out isn't unreasonable. I'm sure it's not just this Dunkin either.“

“Had a wonderful experience at this Dunkin this morning with my mom and my aunt. We were just passing through, and saw a Dunkin, so we swung by for a quick sandwich and a drink before getting back on the road. The woman behind the counter was excellent, the food was fresh, and the coffee was HOT. It was just a great experience.“

“This is probably the most decent Dunkin around here. The staff is always nice, they make an order right If it gets messed up with no dirty looks or eye rolling. Definitely well ran and always clean inside. I’ve never had a bad interaction here and the people who work there are always busting their butts working hard! Always fast thru the drive thru too!“
