I am a native Texan that grew up eating properly good Tex-Mex. I was skeptical when someone told me to check out the new "Taco" place in town. I set my expectations somewhere north of Taco Cabana but well below a respectable full-service Mexican restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised! So I have read some of the reviews here and disagree with most critiques of the food. Living in Houston for many many years and having eaten at high end and low end restaurants serving Mexican food, my wife and know good, authentic Mexican food. When we moved to Bradford heard about Taco Inc and we were told the food was authentic and good. Our first thought was, yea right, whatever you say. An authentic Mexican restaurant here in Bradford? Taco Inc. is a really good restaurant for me to go to alongside my mother, because the lighting there wasn't too bright for me due to my anxiety issues I have for a long time, and the staff there was so friendly. I think about my friends from Mexico there I have not met in person, but just online. A lot to take in after leaving the restaurant.
