The food was typical Bob Evans taste and quality. Service was fast and polite, and the food came out quickly. Our server asked us if we wanted refills and was very attentive. The "store" portion of the restaurant was larger than typical and has plenty of things to look at/shop for.The only disappointment was that Bob Evans seems to have removed chili from the menu, and it was my favorite. I ordered from them online and had issues with Door Dash who delivers for them. The manager and Lily went above and beyond in customer service towards me. I highly recommend this restaurant just based on their customer service alone. They care about their customers!

Eggs and bacon delicious and biscuits but there home fries was burnt. Before leaving we asked for slice of cheesecake and slice of peanut butter. Waitress brought out two huge pies. Which she had to return. Bring us our slices. Waitress about 90 years old.
