The food was good, I'm just mostly blown away by how small the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese bagels have gotten 😱. I mean I haven't eaten food at a Dunkin in a long time, but wow. That's like 1/3 the size of an actual bagel... Sad times, people! 😂

Good location, walk-in only. Coffee was very good and as ordered! This location is inside of the Gateway Plaza / truck stop. Crowd is a bit rough but as expected at a travel center. Quick in and out spot

Disappointed to a GAL who made my large frozen matcha tea this morning. My hubby had asked 2 brown sugars and was given 4 sugars HELL!!!!!!😡so sweet!!!! Next time please listen to the costumers…. Look at pics…

My coffee was hot, my breakfast was hot and everything was made correctly and I didn't wait long at all.

I hope someone reads this because this kind of service has become extremely rare across the country.

Tour buses can keep the store busy. Lots of choices for sweet treats and tasty sandwiches.
I recommend the midnight coffee if you like it bold.

Horrible experience. The drink was not made well at all. I ordered the caramel craze which includes toppings. None were present. Most importantly was the milk. While I can handle small amounts, I absolutely can not drink whole milk. (With warning, I can take a Lactaid). Not to mention the upcharge for oat. I ordered oat milk. I'm assuming I was given whole milk because within a few minutes of my first sip the bubble guts express started. Of course I was out of Lactaid, so i was screwed. This is horrible, especially from a travel plaza that then thrusts customers on to highways and turnpikes. With hours to go, I was suffering big time. ? I couldn't even safely use my ventilated seats, lest my own flatulence be thrown into my own face. I do not recommend ordering ahead. Next time (if I'm bold enough) I'll have to order there to watch the drink being made, which is a huge inconvenience when playing "Beat the GPS." I was also told that I had less coffee because I ordered less ice. It has NEVER looked like this and I always order less ice. We stopped here when we got off at Breezewood, and I was shocked how fast my coffee was done. They had a few touch screen ordering stations here, which really cut back on wait times.

First of all, I wanny congratulate the Crew work here soon's they have 3 people working here this Place becoming way way better... the breakfast sándwiches become really good and also the coffee is very then Starbucks... you should try the healthy Turkey egging cheese Breakfast sándwich better then the garbage Breakfast sándwiches there selling at Starbucks

I said no sugar and no cream, just black hot coffee. They gave me sugar and cream. Not busy at all and can’t get a simple order right. I would go back in but I’m a mile walk from the door. Thanks for nothing now I will go to the fuel island to get my coffee.

They are not open at 5 like they say. If you get here at 5 they r never ready for about 10 to 20
