“I went to this particular Dunkin for the first time today. I’ve honestly been dreading going there because it’s right on busy Washington Pike, and I assumed getting in and out would be a nightmare. Turns out, if you’re already traveling in the right direction and don’t have to turn across oncoming traffic, it’s actually pretty easy!

We skipped the drive-thru and went inside. We were the only customers at the time, and the floor had just been freshly mopped and everything looked clean. It was around 4:30 on a regular Tuesday, so I was pleasantly surprised that they still had a really good variety of donuts left.

The employee who helped us was sweet and friendly, too. Overall, a much better experience than I expected, and I’ll definitely be back!“

Was also willing to make us some mochi donuts that were sold out in the case which was so nice so we were able to get everything we wanted. Absolutely love this location and their willingness to help their customers. Never ordered a bad latte from them and it’s my favorite Dunkin in Pittsburgh, so if you’re in the area, I highly recommend! :’)“
