“The best family friendly casual dining I’ve had. The family that owns it is really kind and invested in the community. Good food and arcade games do not hurt.“

“Best Greek food around! A weekly staple for me. It also doesn't hurt that Mike the chef is the nicest!“

“Who wants another fast food hamburger that you pay a premium price for and end up regretting you even ordered in the first place when you can have the absolute best gyro that you can sink your teeth into? And prepared by a caring, professional, friendly staff to boot. No comparison in my book! I’ll be a customer for a long time to come!“

“I have waited to review Yianni’s because I wanted to visit them several times and sample breakfast lunch & dinner, with appetizers in between. I am so happy to once again have a diner in my neighborhood that provides not only generous portions of tasty food, but does it in such a down to earth friendly and welcoming environment. Breakfast- Eggs & omelette’s will not disappoint. The eggs and potatoes were expertly done with great attention to high quality ingredients and preparation. Lunch- Burgers are big and mine was a solid medium in temp/ doneness just the way I requested. Fries were plentiful and crispy. Soup(s)- Lemon 🍋🥣 chicken soup is extremely tasty, and one of my favorites. Smoking hot at my request and I’m a happy customer. Appetizers- Dolmades (Grape Leaves with Lamb) are THE BEST I’ve had, and the lemon sauce that the staff generously smothers them is soooooo good that I scrape up what’s left and eat it with my spoon. Spanakopita (Chesey Spinach Pie) is also pretty much the best I’ve ever had. I have eaten it in house as well as take out, and they will gladly give it to you chilled so that you can heat at home for ultimate crispy cheesey goodness. Dinner- Stuffed Cabbage and mashed- I am in love with these. I could eat as many as they put in front of me. Perfectly done, and the mashed potatoes were very good as well. In all, the only disappointing thing I have encountered is my dill pickle with my burgers have been a bit sad looking but otherwise the food, the staff, the prices, everything is great, 💯 a #RexsDinerReviews top pick in the south hills.“

“Long time authentic Greek restaurant with old charm and delicious food! This is such a nice spot to get authentic Greek and right next to the cultural district. I have ate here a couple times and the food is always delicious. The owner/head chef Cristos greets you, takes your order and loves to tell stories and answer questions. He was once a personal chef to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. If you’re looking for great food and a charming atmosphere with character this is the place!“

“Mike & Tony’s is always a reliable spot. The food is consistently good, and their gyros are great every time I go. It’s the kind of place you can count on when you want something quick, filling, and done right. I’ve been here multiple times and it never disappoints, definitely one of my go-to gyro spots.“

“I love a good established dive in any city, and Mike & Tony’s is no exception.
This is a no-nonsense, counter-service, cash-only joint that slings some of the heftiest, tastiest gyros I’ve ever had.
And can we talk about the fries? If my eyes don’t deceive me, they double-fry them—crisp, golden brown on the outside, with that deep, savory flavor that can only come from a fryer that’s seen some things. Has the oil been changed this decade? Who’s to say—but I mean that in the best possible way.
If you find yourself in downtown Pittsburgh, don’t miss this place. BRING CASH. You won’t need much—prices are super reasonable, and the portions are more than generous.“

“Love the gyros, prices are very reasonable, but I hate that its cash only. They have an ATM in the store which is very convenient, but having to pay a fee to get cash is a pain.. Store has been the same vibes every since they opened, you just can't dine in anymore. All in all, definitely worth it.“

“I remember a breakfast place that my grandfather used to go each day. No nonsense. Great food. Regulars sitting at the counter. Waitresses that new you by your first name. When you received your plate, there was no location that food wasn't piled deep on it. When you received your check, there was no sticker shock. A great neighborhood spot. We'll, Lindos is my breakfast spot where I belly up to the counter. I don't even need to order since they know what my order is already. My food comes out piled deep and tasting great. My glass is always full and there is no sticker shock when I get my check. I actually have conversation with the staff. It is old school. Get there early on Pitt or Steeler home game days since seating fills up quickly. It is a neighborhood restaurant with great food and a great staff. No fluff. No pretense. Just good old fashion service and food.“

“I mostly get take out, always delicious and fresh food. Everything we have ever gotten is very good, but our go to's are the gyro, shrimp greek wrap or greek quesadilla... and their fresh cut fries and ranch are awesome. Staff & service always friendly and efficient. We have also done catering, which was a big hit!! We love the Bridgeville location!!“
