Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar

My wife and I have gone to this location since it opened, Tammy is fantastic, but as far as the food it can be hit or miss, I had the loaded cheese steak bomb, it was loaded pretty well, my wife's reuben was very good, but the bread was like 2 pieces of wonder bread, I tried a piece it was terrible. We have also gone to the Primantis on steubenville pike, it is always fantastic, my wife had a reuben there, it was the best she ever had.

Food good service excellent but the noise level makes me not to go back

Waited a ridiculous amount of time for three sandwiches. No apologies. Nobody gave a crap.

Very disappointed in this location. On June 15th, I placed a large order for a corporate event being held on June 18th. I selected the time frame and my order was accepted. The day of the event gets here, and I have a crowd of people and no food. Called the store and they claim they never received that order. I have a confirmation email. It was not a mistake. I setup this order in plenty of time and there was ample time to still make it right when I called, but they chose not to. It’s a shame. I work for a large company and we do several events like this a MONTH. I am the one who handles the orders and I will NEVER choose to order with Primanti’s again. You lost what could have been a great, ongoing customer.

Food was good and the portion was insane. I am from the Philly area and the atmosphere was a pure Pittsburgh vibe. Just like our places are a Philly vibe. Should have worn my Eagles shirt.....Go Birds!!

We always love visiting Primantis with our toddler - particularly due to the family friendly environment. The food is always solid, and the price is reasonable.

We always have good servers too. Today, it was 6:59 and our server Angela hustled over to the register to put in our happy hour drinks. Just one example of a server going above and beyond.

We appreciate the local Primantis, and will continue to visit.

They’ve gotten worse the last few times we’ve order… it’s convenient and close though and the dessert fries are delicious so it’s a toss up for me.

Stopped in on my drive back to New York. I heard good things about it. The sandwich was just ok, could've used more meat and toasted bread. I was also charged double for an upgrade and charged extra for fries that came with the trio. I can say I've been there but probably wouldn't go back.
