Tried to order on the app. It froze. Re-ordered in store on the screen, as no one was at the cash register. The order was accurate except I received a diet Pepsi when I ordered a regular one. It was gross. My wife dumped & re-filled @ the machine, so no biggie. The tomatoes on the tacos wee closer to white than red. Expected it to be cleaner insode as it's relatively new. They were kind people and very generous…yes anytime I went there I was always missing something because they are new with new people! Did they replace it? Yes! Did they apologize and give me coupons for next time? Absolutely! They are people to and people make mistakes! It is how you recover the mistake that you make! Keep going tacobell because you guys are gonna be great!

Been frequenting this Bell since it opened recently, they are usually on point with orders. This most recent time they totally left off the cheese on my chalupa and in my burrito, what the heck?
