Tried to order on the app. It froze. Re-ordered in store on the screen, as no one was at the cash register. The order was accurate except I received a diet Pepsi when I ordered a regular one. It was gross. My wife dumped & re-filled @ the machine, so no biggie. The tomatoes on the tacos wee closer to white than red. Expected it to be cleaner insode as it's relatively new. Overall it was a vastly better experience than my first time there going through the drive-through. It's rather inconvenient to get to from Bridgeville proper at dinner time with all the lights & traffic.

Bad experience third time. I ordered veggie Mexican pizza and the taste was sour and something chemical taste. I couldn’t eat one slice of pizza. This is not actually first time at this location. Really need to do something. Not going for sure next time.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! My grandparents went and got two boxes of tacos and they charged them for super size so it cost them $62. Ridiculous they called and complained that is not what they asked for and they still didn’t get any kind of reimbursement. Is this how we treat customers now???

Ordered on the app for pickup Friday 1/5. We were missing four items and the tacos we did receive had almost no filling. I reached out using the app about the issues with the order, and did not receive a response. We will not be returning.

Two junkies nighttime shift pretended their system was down, made me sit for twenty minutes, didn't offer refund etc. 0 customer service experience, horrible staff.
They were kind people and very generous…yes anytime I went there I was always missing something because they are new with new people! Did they replace it? Yes! Did they apologize and give me coupons for next time? Absolutely! They are people to and people make mistakes! It is how you recover the mistake that you make! Keep going tacobell because you guys are gonna be great!

At 11:30pm on a Saturday evening a car approaches the drive-thru. The driver notices several signs advertising "Open 8am to midnight or later" on several doors and windows of the building. The vehicle approaches the drive-thru menu boards and waits a few seconds for the employee to greet them. Instead all that is received through the drive-thru speaker is "We're closed."Midnight or later huh? Might be time to take down those stickers from the fancy new Taco Bell that just opened not long ago. That explains why the McDonalds drive-thru was so busy.
