“We really wanted to like the food at this place but, to be honest, we were very disappointed. We were really hoping for real, honest to goodness gyros. Ones made in a mom and pop type shop, thinly sliced off of a vertical, flame throwing grill. Same with the perogi', which were boiled to the point of just plain old mushy. The young lady taking our order was very pleasant and earned most of the stars you see above. I can appreciate the gallant attempt at bringing new food stuff to the area, but if you are going to do that, make it authentic. We see no reason to return.”

“I drive 35-40 minutes to eat here, and it's worth every minute. The meals are all homemade goodness and the deserts and the variety of pies daily are truly second to none. “Great coffee, including decaf. Pleasant staff. Eye contact and smiles make all the difference. They are kind.Place is clean and well-stocked without looking cluttered. Colorful service area. The brightness and cleanliness appeal to the senses.Back room is a little dark for my tastes, and in summer with AC full blast, wear a jacket. But still a nice lounge area to sit and have a conversation. Cozy in a different sort of way.Finally, clean and tastefully done rest rooms. That’s how I really rate a business.”

“Love this restaurant. Located in an old train station which gives it a cool vibe. Food was fantastic! I started with the wedding soup which was one of the best I ever had- so good. For my meal I ordered the grilled chicken palermo which had grilled chicken, banana peppers, hot sausage, sundried tomatoes, olive oil and garlic served with linguine- it was excellent. We were a table of four and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The only reason I gave service 4 stars instead of 5 was because they asked us or rather they told us they needed our table and needed to wrap things up. I understand they were busy but as good paying customers its kinda of rude to be ask to leave while we were enjoying our time together. I have never experienced a request like that before but even so I would eat here again.”

“Watson Estate BnB & Deer Creek Winery was amazing! Between the food, staff/service, room, wine, views, etc. it was a beautiful experience! This was our first time at a BnB, so we did not know what to expect. To say the least, this place far exceeded our expectations! We loved the scenery and vibes that the courtyard and wrap around porch brought. The swing on the porch was our favorite part. Everything was lit up with twinkle lights and it was so romantic. We chose to stay during february, and the weather wasn’t bad, but we would love to come back during the summer/fall! Our only regret is not staying longer! We will definitely be back and will be bringing friends. Thanks for an awesome celebration for our 5.5 year dating anniversary! As two young, hardworking adults, this was the perfect escape from reality for a night. It truly makes a difference when the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you! -Jada”

“Lisa is great and I can't wait to go back! She made me feel welcomed, heard and comfortable. She's extremely knowledgeable, and takes care with medication interactions. That's something very important that people don't take very seriously sometimes. Herbs work well and will definitely interact with meds. She does (did at the time i was there) consultations too. I'm excited to schedule mine! I love everything I got. I bought maple syrup granules as a treat, and I love them ?!”

My Stromboli was excellent, Was ready when I arrived and the young lady at the register was very nice courteous and went above and beyond to answer a few questions I had. “Restaurant has been an icon in the area for years. Noted for good Italian food. Stopped for lunch on a cold Feb day.... It was cold inside as well... Second time recently for lunch there and second time it was cold inside. Will not go during the winter months again. Had a bowl of potato soup, it was good. Server wasn't the friendliest. Plenty of free parking and tables available. Nice cozy bar area.”

Everyone was nice & friendly. It was my first time trying it & I'll be going back for sure. I was able to park on the road but spaces are limited. Might have to park at the garage & walk about a block”

I met some other people there and it did take a while for the food to come out but I assume that is because of our party size.The touch tunes doesn't work in the table area, the music only plays in the pool table area. It was din, but I don't think I'd come back since I'm not local.The food was just there, the servers were fine, and it was nothing to write home about.Parking: Free parking lot on a slope.Wheelchair accessibility: There were two handicap parking spaces but I'm pretty sure the doors were narrower than 36"”

“There is no restaurant that I know of that is as interesting as the Hollywood Steakhouse. It is a most eccentric atmosphere. The decor is unlike no other. Please visit this place around Christmas time. You will not regret it. It is like stepping back in time. Everywhere you look the decorations amaze. It is so delightfully tacky. Aside from the surroundings, the food is top-notch. Great cuts of protein cooked and flavored to perfection.”
