“It's a McDonalds. This was remodeled to fit the current brand aesthetic. The food was hot and the service was fast. The restaurant was very clean. I ate in with a number of other people and all of our food came quickly. There are several outlets at the table if you need them.”
“It's clean. Staff helpful. Online ordering works well once you understand the process. Nice alternative to McDonalds across the street & not as crowded as the Subway at Walmart”
“Took my mom here for dinner tonight after the recommendation of a friend. I got the pork chop with mashed potatoes and carrots and she got the meatloaf. The food was excellent, the staff was very attentive and nice. We ended are meal with a piece of the baklava cheesecake (honestly the best piece of cheesecake I've ever had), before the check was even brought my mom was already making plans to bring her brother and his wife. We will definitely be returning and bringing friends highly recommend.”
“What a great ice-cream/bubble tea shop! A real hidden gem in California Pennsylvania! Serving a variety of flavors of ice cream and bubble teas, Roll & Scoop has cornered a niche market. They also offer a wide selection of crepes both sweet and savory and waffles including waffle sandwiches and salads. Coming soon will be the addition of a wide variety of sushi!”
“Pleasant, clean, tastefully done, coffee and deli shop. Beatles-themed Family owned. They aim to please. Asked for decaf; none immediately available. Owner, listening in preparation area, instructed person taking my order to make some, even though close to closing time. Excellent customer service.Excellent variety of sandwiches and bagels. Fond of lox and bagel, tuna melt and pastrami sandwiches. Good pastries and cookies too.”
“Great Place. A local spot that is welcoming and relaxing. I had the Philly Cheesesteak with batter fries. It was very good! It’s a must try even if you have to walk to get there.”
“We really wanted to like the food at this place but, to be honest, we were very disappointed. We were really hoping for real, honest to goodness gyros. Ones made in a mom and pop type shop, thinly sliced off of a vertical, flame throwing grill. Same with the perogi', which were boiled to the point of just plain old mushy. The young lady taking our order was very pleasant and earned most of the stars you see above. I can appreciate the gallant attempt at bringing new food stuff to the area, but if you are going to do that, make it authentic. We see no reason to return.”
“I don't know where to start, but, what I can say is as a foodie I've been to alot and I mean ALOT of restaurants. And this place, these people, their food??? top notch I felt family, I walked out hugging their family Serena was my waitress so attentive went above and beyond Emily was the owner and spent so much time with us made sure that our experience was memorable and I can now call her a friend I can't say enough about these people and how I highly suggest that everybody stop here and meet them but try there amazing food I started off with a meatball appetizer stuffed mushrooms both were fantastic our dinners where salmon with pasta the blackened salmon was probably the best I've ever had the other dinner was cacio e pepe with shrimp absolutely fantastic as well creamy sauce pasta cooked perfectly! We had smoked old fashioned they brought this metal box smoker onto the table that smelled amazing which included the old fashioned inside I think that it was pretty neat I also had a Godfather which was Jack Daniels and amaretto which tasted very good as well they bring you fresh baked bread and homemade oil and balsamic dipping sauce what states did so so good and also gave me fresh bread to take home and sauce and they ended up giving us a cannoli which tasted fantastic as well they are known for their eight layer lasagna that they happen to run out of when we got there so I end up making the trip again even though it was an hour and a half drive to Monessen it was well worth the drive I can't say enough about these people in their business and their food I highly recommend them if you go just tell them that I sent you and let me know about your experience as well!”
“Excellent coffee shop with a large menu. They also have a meeting room available which is such a lovely asset to offer the community.Vegetarian options: Plenty of non-dairy milk options for the drinks.”
“Super cozy vibe, delicious and health conscious menu items with great vegan options. I had the apple cider chai and savory oatmeal and they were soo good. Staff are wonderful people too! Love love love. So happy to have found this place.”
“I have been drinking Stoney's beer since I first turned 21 over 20 years ago and its always in my fridge. When I lived in Ruffsdale, I would go to old brewery in Smithton to stock up on Stoney's beer and Stoney's swag. So glad that Jones Brewing Company is back in the Jones family.”
“The 2nd time I've eaten there since moving to Cal. The food never disappoints, and our waitress was sweet, and attentive. I have got to go back for the wings. Garlic and butter is on my list. The fries are so tasty, and so was the pork nachos, and my pork tacos had a really nice flavor. Yum.”
“I drive 35-40 minutes to eat here, and it's worth every minute. The meals are all homemade goodness and the deserts and the variety of pies daily are truly second to none. I would recommend trying everyone and their daily specials are very reasonable and satisfying and that's what brings a steady flow of repeat customers. Thank you, Randall's, for keeping it real.”
“This is probably the best diner I have ever been to. For starters the staff was very nice and professional. The menu had a variety of options, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place!”
“Food is always great, and we always have plenty to take home for another meal.Wait staff is pleasant. Atmosphere is calm and tables are clean. I've been going here for years!”
“Great coffee, including decaf. Pleasant staff. Eye contact and smiles make all the difference. They are kind.Place is clean and well-stocked without looking cluttered. Colorful service area. The brightness and cleanliness appeal to the senses.Back room is a little dark for my tastes, and in summer with AC full blast, wear a jacket. But still a nice lounge area to sit and have a conversation. Cozy in a different sort of way. Finally, clean and tastefully done rest rooms. That’s how I really rate a business.”
“We went out as a family to have a nice early dinner. Had a reservation and only waited about 15 minutes for our table. There were 8 of us. So before arriving we looked online for reviews and looked at the menu. We learned very quickly that the menu and serving sizes are no longer the same as reviews on Google or Facebook. So I'm here to share. So my son and husband thought that the pizzas were a personal pan/small. They both ordered their own pizza. The waitress never said a word. You would think she would say like hey These are LARGE FULL SIZE pizzas, but she didn't. So when their food arrived their puzzas took up so much space and left very little room to eat. We learned we will ask going forward but at an expensive restaurant most servers will say something. Even before the pizzas came there was not much room to eat. The sun was blinding half of us but after seeing the table next to us pull the blinds down on their own we did the same thing. That's usually a server thing but hey maybe she was new or shy? I don't know. Also the youngest at the table was my nephew who just turned 12 that day and he ordered a sampler and wings. When a child orders wings and you know your restaurant serves HUGE JUMBO WINGS that could feed the whole table why wouldn't the server say anything? To me that just seems like common courtesy, I don't know but I've reviewed a lot of places and seems like common courtesy. The food comes in VERY VERY large portions so I suggest to get an appetizer, enjoy the AMAZING BREAD and oil they serve and SHARE a meal. Trust me on this. I wasn't a huge fan with the meal I got. I got the gnocchi lasagna (I believe it was called). The tiny mini meatballs reminded me of the meatballs in Spaghetti Os. I hate to say that but that's exactly what they tasted like. The gnocchi was very very gooey. It wasn't worth the price and the size was a such a waste. We ordered mozzarella logs and those were great! We ordered the Calamri and it was a little chewy but wasn't horrible. The wood fired pizza even though we had way too much of it was pretty good. Nothing special. You do NOT get fresh mozzarella slices on the pizza like photos online show. Everyone else at the table seemed to be happy with their meals. Every single one of us had to get 1 or 2 take out containers bc the serving sizes are so big. So if you go do not be scared to share. I also recommend when making a reservation to make a reservation for a plus 2 so you have room to eat at the table. We had to move our chairs around to even have elbow room to eat. They do have a bar if you n just want to go in for drinks and a nice meet up for lunch or dinner. They have amazing local wine they also offer. We will go back but next time we will be asking our server questions. Lesson learned.”
“This place is phenomenal, the inside alone is cool enough to impress any horror fan. When you eat their pizza it is amazing and then you get to the crust and it gets 10x better. I would recommend to anyone who likes pizza.”
“I drove an hour away just for the amazing sugar cookies made here! Beautiful desserts, but the best part is the TASTE. Affordable, adorable desserts. Don't miss out on the sugar cookies!!!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs- seems to me to be wheelchair accessible.”
“Not a fan of canned green peppers and onions that are cut then frozen for future use. However, the waitress made things right which is a throwback to how things use to be done and is highly appreciated by my wife and ”
“Traveled back home from Ohio for a visit. This restaurant was recommended by the lobby clerk at our hotel. We enjoyed the rustic decor, staff were extremely friendly and our food was delicious. I will definitely dine here again.”
“Watson Estate BnB & Deer Creek Winery was amazing! Between the food, staff/service, room, wine, views, etc. it was a beautiful experience! This was our first time at a BnB, so we did not know what to expect. To say the least, this place far exceeded our expectations! We loved the scenery and vibes that the courtyard and wrap around porch brought. The swing on the porch was our favorite part. Everything was lit up with twinkle lights and it was so romantic. We chose to stay during february, and the weather wasn’t bad, but we would love to come back during the summer/fall! Our only regret is not staying longer! We will definitely be back and will be bringing friends. Thanks for an awesome celebration for our 5.5 year dating anniversary! As two young, hardworking adults, this was the perfect escape from reality for a night. It truly makes a difference when the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you! -Jada”
“El Patron is always spot on with their food. It’s always fresh, delicious, huge portions & made quickly. They also have the best chips and salsa in the area hands down.”
“Mark sees is a really good diner for breakfast at least that's why I go there food is awesome the atmosphere is great and the waitresses couldn't be more ”
“Lisa is great and I can't wait to go back! She made me feel welcomed, heard and comfortable. She's extremely knowledgeable, and takes care with medication interactions. That's something very important that people don't take very seriously sometimes. Herbs work well and will definitely interact with meds. She does (did at the time i was there) consultations too. I'm excited to schedule mine! I love everything I got. I bought maple syrup granules as a treat, and I love them ?!”

“11-17-23 I tried Coal Patch for the first time.
