The venue is absolutely stunning, and the food is phenomenal, yet these two things do not hold a candle to the service. The staff was polite and beyond attentive—they circled the dining room for the entirety of our event ensuring each of our guests had everything and anything they needed. “I don't normally write reviews, but I must because of me dinner there this past Wednesday night! I came in for dinner with my husband & we had Samantha for our server. I'm not being dramatic when I saw we've NEVER had service from any restaurant like the service Samantha provided us!!!!!! She was beyond bubbly, beyond friendly, just the right amount of sass whenever my husband tried to get her. She answered every single question we had, suggested some of her favorite. She checked on us a few times & we never had an empty glass because she was on top of it all. We will only ask for her when we come back to what is now our favorite spot. Dinner was fantastic!!!! The restaurant is stunning, chic & modern!!!!“

“Food and service were five stars as usual, have dined at Toscano many times over the years. However, I made a Sunday lunch reservation (8/3) expecting a lunch menu per their website. Only offered a dinner menu and no drink lists. Another negative during this visit was the amount of flies in the dining area. Several circled and landed on our food during our meal and many more could be seen on the ceiling. Never experienced this before here so hoping it was a blimp. Will visit again and am hopeful for a better dining atmosphere.“

“We went to the Langhorne OG on Mothers Day. We had a party of 8 plus 2 toddlers and a 7 month old. We had the best service from our waiter Tommy Hayes. He was phenomenal! He was there for us from the minute we sat down to the end and the good was good however we would go to this location again solely because of our waiter.“

“My family brought me here for the 1st time to celebrate my birthday. Beautiful place with delicious food and cozy atmosphere but when I went to my car I realized that I forgot my gift bag and card (with a gift card inside) that my children gave me there. I went back to get it and the table had already been cleaned. I asked my waiter about it. He went to the back and came out saying he couldn’t find it. After about 10 minutes the manager came out with just the card(out of the envelope with no gift card) and said this was all he could find in the linens. I left very upset . I asked him to check the cameras. He called me back a few minutes later and said he found the gift bag. I went back in to get it but still no gift card! I continued to ask him how the card came out of the envelope? He stepped away again and came back with the gift card. Told Me he threatened the staff with the cameras! Very disappointing!!“

When i had trouble with my credit card this evening...Byron stepped up and comped my slices...because he sensed I was embarrassed because I was buying 2 slices for other people in my large group. Byron is an amazing person and a smart business man because he made a customer for life and I highly recommend you frequent Pizza Pie 2 and support Byron and crew and enjoy their delicious food. We were celebrating something small, but meaningful. When we called they had no reservations available for the evening, but then called us back and squeezed us in at 4:30. The power went out in the entire city after we were served our first course. We were served our entrees in the dark, with the same elegance, as of nothing had occurred. Even with the unfortunate circumstances, we were treated like royalty by the entire staff, and had an exceptional dining experience. I will be dreaming of the escarole, until I have it again. All of my guests commented on how great the place was and how tasty the food was ! The price was also very reasonable and Kim worked with me to want I wanted ! I will definitely use Originals again for my next party !“
