“Stop #12 on our Pizza Tour 2022 is Poppy's Pizzeria and Ristorante in Langhorne, PA. Being located next to a freight railroad line made for some convenient at-your-table train watching. I wish they had outdoor trackside seating, tho you could just eat at your car, LOL. We got our usual plain and pepperoni slices. Another place with BIG slices. Tasty thin crust. Probably the thinnest crust we've had yet. Thin WITHOUT being dry and cracker-like...crisp outside, chewy inside. Great for any pizza "folders" out there. Good tomato sauce with a basil edge and great quality cheese. Sauce was nicely spiced, not too sweet or bitter. Pepperoni was good and spicy, as expected. Overall, a very good pizza. They have Coke and Pepsi products. Afterward, more train watching...“

“We went to the Langhorne OG on Mothers Day. We had a party of 8 plus 2 toddlers and a 7 month old. We had the best service from our waiter Tommy Hayes. He was phenomenal! He was there for us from the minute we sat down to the end and the good was good however we would go to this location again solely because of our waiter.“

“The absolute best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had. People working there are some of the best cooks I’ve ever had. Clearly they’re retired gourmet Chefs hiding their secret recipe of mozzarella sticks so that evil corporations don’t corrupt their recipe. 10/10“

“Pizza Pie 2 not only has delicious pizza, like their mouth watering cheesesteak pizza, their various white pizzas, and their thick Sicilian squares...they have GREAT employees all across the board that go above and beyond like Byron. When i had trouble with my credit card this evening...Byron stepped up and comped my slices...because he sensed I was embarrassed because I was buying 2 slices for other people in my large group. Byron is an amazing person and a smart business man because he made a customer for life and I highly recommend you frequent Pizza Pie 2 and support Byron and crew and enjoy their delicious food. “Usually great hoagies. Haven’t had a primo in a few months. My wife and I were out shopping. Called and ordered 2 hoagies. Went to pick them up. Got home and there was no lettuce, tomato or onions. They asked about oil and vinegar and my wife said no dry please. Very disappointed after getting home. Will choose somewhere else next time we’re hungry for a hoagie.“

“Came here on the weekend but in the middle of the afternoon to celebrate a birthday.... Nice clean restaurant, tables fairly close but still roomy enough.The servers did a great job and the food came out surprisingly fast, which was nice.
We thought that the casesar salads were excellent. The romaine was fresh and a nice dark green and the croutons were a great texture, not too hard.
The eggplant and ricotta sandwich was very good, especially the cheese which has a fantastic texture!..the only criticism being the roll could have been larger to fit in the contents of the sandwich. We were blown away by the Prov Pie (upside down) and thought it was one of the best pizzas we ever had (we're Philly natives and all over age 60, so that must say something!)“

“They've done a great job creating outdoor ambiance but you will hear some planes from Mercer Airport. Hardly an issue when compared to the overall experience and indoor dining is terrific as well. Their chicken cacciatore is beyond compare - moist, tender chicken in a sauce you want to eat with a spoon. Hubby loves their chicken and veal parmesan. Tablemates agree on all counts. Service is always great as well. You can't go wrong.“

My in laws drove up from Florida and were looking forward to the cacio de pepe-except we thought it was Tuesdays and it’s only Mondays and Wednesdays-the owner was able to make an exception and cook that special for us! It was so delicious! We also had chicken francese, veal parm and lasagna- all amazing. Our waitress Alyssa was great and we even had dessert. Definitely will be back, the entire experience was great!“

“Parking: Yeah they had a nice big window with a big flat screen television with the eagles game on it so sitting in my car and ate our sandwiches as we watched the game it sort of reminded me of being at a drive-in movie atmosphere only we were watching Eagles game.“

“Visited Angelos's on Friday, 9/29/23 for late lunch. Had several out of town Family members (10) and 3 babies with me. Dana was our server. She was very friendly, and excellent waitress. With 3 babies in our group was a little hectic at times. Food as usual was delicious. Some ate Pasta, others had cheese steaks. Food always fresh. Tony is was so great seeing you again. The food was delicious, even our 1.5 yr old grandson couldn’t stop eating everything. The manager was the absolute kindest man I’ve met, our reservation was running a little late on their end and he made up for in such a nice way to our family plus thanked both our sons and daughter in law for serving in the Army.
