“Well trained staff though few in number on this Monday night, the service did not suffer at all, and the teamwork (which always impresses me) was evident. Anthony at the door (and pretty much anyplace else he was needed) and our server John worked seamlessly and professionally. Yet a third person brought our dinner, likely to ensure it was delivered timely and hot. I mean these folks were moving with a sense of mission. In my long experience this never happens by accident. Someone in senior management is screening staff for affability and work ethic AND most importantly customer driven attitude - then supplying effective training. Anthony and John are both fine ambassadors for Gullifty's. My wife had a quiche and salad while I opted for the filet tips accompanied by perfectly flavored mashed potatoes and a sherry cram sauce. John wisely advised that, if as stated I wished my filet tips medium rare, would I mind if the tenderloin tips were delivered 'on the side' as otherwise they might wind up overcooked in the sauce. Very much appreciated - and definitely customer-focused. He read me well, determined how best to address my preferences. Good for the kitchen, good for the customer, and good for the operation. By today's standard I considered the value (defined as the relationship of the entire experience and the $$$ charged for same) was superior.“
“Food was fresh, delicious, and fairly priced. Beware of the pickled jalapeños if you are sensitive to spicy food.Both their beef gyro and falafel were the best I’ve ever had. Please keep in mind that I don’t even like meat and I’ve been struggling with anorexia for decades. So it’s very difficult for me to eat anything unless it’s super fresh and extraordinarily tasty. This place is a true gem and treasure.Service was outstanding, The owner-host made us feel immediately welcomed and at ease. She let us customize our order and was very prompt with our food. She was very knowledgeable about the ingredients they use, as well.The seating area is small, but that is to be expected in this area.Overall, this was by far our favorite restaurant to visit in the Philly area.Vegetarian options: they have falafel, grape leaves, hummus, baba ghanoush, salads, you name it! they offer endless customization options if you’d like, as well.Dietary restrictions: they serve halal, and they are knowledgeable about the ingredients they use.“
“It was my very 1st time ever eating Greek food. I was a bit nervous because I am not an adventurous eater but because I was a guest.... I figured I'd "give it a go".... To my surprise, I loved the grilled pork, Greek veggies and Rice was so good....They had this white creamy sauce called Tyzekih sauce it was......interesting, good but tasty as well. The one draw back was the waiter...he was old, tired and could not get the order correct. Maybe he should be on the register instead of on his feet taking orders, not so successfully. Besides him, it was a great experience!Wheelchair accessibility: We ate outside so a wheelchair can be wheeled right up to the table.“

“I’ve been meaning to try this place for awhile and I’m glad I stopped in! Very friendly and accommodating staff and the owner was so welcoming and kind. He spent the time to greet my baby and me and even made a complimentary Greek yogurt and fruit dish for my baby. The food was so fresh and delicious. The coffee was very good as well. Felt like a small town cafe. Will be coming back every time I’m in the area! I hope they open another restaurant in Delaware County.“

“Great place for fast casual or dine in! The food is so yum, i definitely recommend. I got the Lamb Gyro and it was amazing but, i also tried the chicken skewers and wow. Everything everyone in my group got did not disappoint.Parking: There is a parking lot across the street but, its veeerrrry busy, i think your best bet is to park around the corner on the street or give the parking lot a try but, just know after 6 its tight.“
